Position Overview
Vital Mechanical Service is seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator committed to delivering unparalleled service excellence!
As the Service Coordinator your experience and professional background in coordination or dispatch within the mechanical industry play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless and efficient day-to-day operations of our service department.

Specific Responsibilities

Day to day coordination, assignment, and dispatch of field labor to fully meet client’s needs.

Primary point of contact for client needs and communication.

Maintain client records, keeping service site information up to date daily.

Set up service sites, work orders, and agreements.

Procurement and coordination of resources, equipment, and materials.

Assist service team in assembling estimates and quotations.

Review and route all service maintenance agreements, completed work orders, tasking, tracking any open items, and press for resolution.

Cover on-call after-hours dispatch which includes weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
Education & Experience

2 years of customer service experience required

1 year mechanical industry experience preferred

Associate degree in business (or equivalent) is preferred but not required for candidates with proved past work experience.

Strong financial acumen (accounting basics, planning, analysis)
