Vital Mechanical Service offers a number of Preventive Maintenance Plans to fit a customer's needs. These services include:

  • Filter and Belt replacement service
  • Annual Maintenance including filter and belt changes
  • Full maintenance coverage of all parts and labor
  • Lifetime compressor warranty for compressors we replace as long as we are providing your maintenance service is provided.

Customers who are protected with a maintenance agreement receive an executive summary report to help budget your annual capital expenditures.  You also enjoy preferred response coverage and lower service rates than a public customer who does not have a signed maintenance agreement.

Many of our customers find benefit from our ability to provide diagnostics and investigative research reports for existing facilities; control systems diagnostics and retrofit; air balance diagnostics
